About Us

My name is Victoria Tiflinsky. My husband Bruce and I moved to Naples in June of 2022 from Brooklyn, NY.  I'm a Certified Pilates Instructor and I worked in NY for 8 years.  I graduated from Balanced Body Pilates School in NYC. One of the studios I worked in was in Brooklyn, and other in the center of NY City "Pilates on Fifth". I taught group and private classes in both studios. 

My passion is Pilates. I love my work and I love teaching. The last 6 years I worked from my home studio in Brooklyn. When I moved to Naples, I brought all my equipment with me. I teach Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat Pilates with other different props. 

I love to mix it up, using different exercises to keep our lessons challenging and different. I teach Private Lessons, for all levels, concentrating on proper form. 

The original six principles of Pilates are: concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing. 

Pilates trains the body as an integrated whole, focusing on core, lower body, and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture. Pilates workouts promote strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, and increased range of motion for the joints.
